New York City Children鈥檚 Theater's Meet the Parent discussion series鈥攈osted by Beautiful Tony nominee Anika Larsen, recently on Broadway in the new musical Almost Famous鈥攚ill continue April 10 at 7:30 PM with a live streamed event on YouTube.
Joining Larsen, a mother of two, will be fellow Broadway parents, stage managers Beverly Jenkins (Hadestown, In the Heights) and Andrea Saraffian (Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, Follies).
Larsen, a member of New York City Children鈥檚 Theater鈥檚 Board of Directors, says, 鈥淚t was simply thrilling last season to have such honest and fun conversations with such fabulous and accomplished guests鈥攏ot about their careers, but about the parenting happening alongside their careers. And it was especially gratifying to hear them say how excited they were to have conversations they otherwise never get to have. I can鈥檛 wait to do more deep diving this season into the joys and struggles of it all!鈥�
