News Carrie Fisher and Debbie Reynolds Memorabilia Will Be Auctioned for Charity Items include a costume Ms. Reynolds wore in Unsinkable Molly Brown and several Star Wars-themed belongings of Ms. Fisher.

An auction of personal property belonging to the late mother-and-daughter Debbie Reynolds and Carrie Fisher will be held beginning September 23 through Profiles in History. With over 1,500 lots, the auction is expected to continue for several days.

A portion of the proceeds will go to both Ms. Reynolds鈥� charity The Thalians and The Jed Foundation, a charity chosen by Billie Lourd, daughter of the late Ms. Fisher.

The auction will be held at Profiles in Courage's Calabasas location and online at .

The many items up for auction include:

  • Fisher鈥檚 life-size 鈥淧rincess Leia鈥� with blaster statue in a vintage wooden phone booth. This is the figure that was featured by Fisher in her HBO special Wishful Drinking
  • Reynolds鈥� 鈥淜athy Seldon鈥� lavender silk chiffon dress from the 鈥淵ou Were Meant For Me鈥� musical sequence in Singin鈥� in the Rain
  • Fisher鈥檚 on-set chair with personalized chair back that is embroidered 鈥淪tar Wars: The Saga Continues鈥� used on Return of the Jedi
  • Reynolds鈥� 鈥淎nnie鈥� two-piece stage costume from Annie Get Your Gun.
  • Fisher鈥檚 life-size C-3PO with electronic lighting elements.
  • Reynolds鈥� 鈥淢olly Brown鈥� costume from the 鈥淏elly Up to the Bar, Boys鈥� music number in The Unsinkable Molly Brown
  • Landmark collection of vintage motion picture cameras and lenses including Francis Ford Coppola鈥檚 cameras from The Godfather and Apocalypse Now

Oscar and Tony nominee Reynolds鈥攐ne of the last of the great MGM musical stars鈥攄ied December 28, 2016, just a day after the passing of her daughter, actor and writer Carrie Fisher. The two lived next door to one another and were the subject of the recent HBO documentary Bright Lights: Starring Carrie Fisher and Debbie Reynolds.
