Officially titled The Seven-Per-Cent Solution: Being a Reprint from the Reminiscences of John H. Watson, M.D., the world-premiere adaptation is penned by City Lit's artistic director Terry McCabe. Performances are set to begin Oct. 2 and will run through Nov. 15.

The season will continue with 's The Gilded Age: A Story of Today, another world-premiere adaptation, by Paul Edwards. Performances are set to begin Jan. 8, 2016.
Also featured on the slate is I've Got the World On a String, a musical revue of 's songs by Sheldon Patinkin and directed by McCabe with music direction by Kinglsey Day. Performances are scheduled to run March 4-April 10, 2016. Concluding the season in June will be a 30th anniversary staging of 's thriller Hauptmann, also directed by McCabe.
