Illusionist Antonio 鈥淓l Mago Pop鈥� D铆az (Magic for Humans, La Gran Illusion) makes his Broadway debut August 17 as his show, El Mago Pop, begins previews for a two-week limited engagement at the Ethel Barrymore Theatre.
In the show, D铆az performs close-up magic and illusions. He is joined by Carla Capellas, Jaume Gomez, Silvia Arocha, Paula Costa, Darwin Alvarez, and Lidia Checa.
Opening night is set for August 20.
Featuring a script by D铆az, music selection by Jes煤s D铆az and Antonio D铆az, lighting design by Dani Bartomeu, sound design by Jordi Mateo, graphic and video design by Pep Marti, management by Pilar P茅rez, and stage management by Carlos Fernandez, the production is directed by Mag Lari.
D铆az is the highest-grossing European illusionist in the world and has two Netflix shows.
