Evan Handler, best known for his work on stage in Six Degrees of Separation and I Hate Hamlet, and on HBO's Sex and the City, portrays legendary director and producer Hal Prince in the new limited FX series Fosse/Verdon, which premiered April 9. Set mostly in the world of 1970s Broadway and Hollywood, the series finds Prince's career intersecting with that of fellow director Bob Fosse and his wife, the dancer-actor Gwen Verdon.
