We're shivering with antici.... pation!

Roundabout Theatre Company has revealed the lineup for its 2025鈥2026 seasons on Broadway and Off-Broadway.

Twenty-five years after former artistic director Todd Haimes renovated the Selwyn Theatre for its use, Roundabout will renovate the recently renamed Todd Haimes Theatre for much of the season before reopening the venue in spring 2026 with a new production of No毛l Coward鈥檚 comedy Fallen Angels, directed by Scott Ellis and starring Tony winner Kelli O'Hara and Emmy nominee Rose Byrne.

Due to the renovation, much of Roundabout's Broadway season will be staged at its Studio 54 venue, including a transfer of the West End revival of Oedipus, starring Olivier winners Mark Strong and Lesley Manville. Created and directed by Olivier winner Robert IckeOedipus is produced by Sonia Friedman Productions, Sue Wagner, John Johnson, and Patrick Catullo in association with Roundabout. Set on a tense election night, the play reimagines Sophocles' epic tragedy into a political thriller. The production will play Studio 54 in fall 2025.

In spring 2026, Studio 54 will be home to a revival of Richard O'Brien's The Rocky Horror Show, back on Broadway for the first time in 24 years. Directed by Sam Pinkleton (Oh, Mary!), the rock-鈥榥鈥-roll musical will take on new life as a guaranteed party at the famous Studio 54. With 51 years of continuous global productions, seen by over 35 million people around the world, The Rocky Horror Show is one of the most enduring cult classics of all time.

Off-Broadway, Roundabout will produce Pulitzer Prize finalist Rajiv Joseph's new play Archduke in fall 2025 at the Laura Pels Theater in the Harold & Miriam Steinberg Center for Theatre. Directed by Tony winner Darko Tresnjak and starring Tony nominee Patrick Page, the piece rewinds history to reveal the fateful journey of Gavrilo Princip鈥攂est remembered as Archduke Franz Ferdinand鈥檚 assassin鈥攁nd his fellow revolutionaries in a new light.

In winter 2026, Alex Lin's Chinese Republicans will be staged at the Pels. Directed by Chay Yew, the new play is a satirical drama centering on three high-powered businesswomen who meet for lunch every month to discuss their latest career triumphs. When the group is jolted by a 24-year-old new to the workforce, each of the women attempts to steer Katie towards what they鈥檙e certain is best as they鈥檙e forced to grapple with how much they already have and are willing to sacrifice to climb the corporate ladder.

鈥淭his season is a testament to transformation鈥攐n our stages, in our spaces, and in the stories we tell. We鈥檙e bringing audiences work that spans the iconic to the unexpected and welcoming artists who challenge us, thrill us, and move us forward,鈥 says Interim Artistic Director Ellis in a statement. 鈥淎s we revitalize the Todd Haimes Theatre鈥25 years after Todd reimagined the Selwyn鈥攚e鈥檙e not just restoring a building; we鈥檙e creating a space dedicated to continued inspiring artists and audiences for generations. Theatre thrives on reinvention, and this season is about honoring our past while shaping what鈥檚 next.鈥

Further information on all productions, including dates, casting, creative team members, and more, will be revealed at a later date.
