In the new production, Broadway vet (, ) and Oscar nominee (, "American Horror Story") play the parents of a high school senior who takes a year off to compose a full-scale requiem.
The cast also includes Keilly McQuail, Naian Gonzalez Norvind, Robbie Collier Sublett and .
Here's how the new work is billed: "Inspired by her dedication, her father, Dean (Friedman), becomes obsessed with requiems and the people who love them, while her mother, Allison (Winningham), becomes concerned about Caitlin鈥檚 isolation from everyone aside from her music teacher. As their once-cozy Vermont home becomes a nexus for lost souls, Dean and Allison must confront the fact that their daughter鈥檚 project is destroying their family."
An opening night is set for Feb. 22 with performances set to run through March 20 at the Claire Tow Theater.
