News PHOTO CALL: Paper Mill's Honeymoon In Vegas, Composed by Jason Robert Brown, Meets the Press The cast and creative team of the Paper Mill Playhouse upcoming production of the world-premiere, Broadway-bound musical Honeymoon in Vegas, which is based on the Castle Rock Entertainment motion picture of the same title and will launch the New Jersey venue's 75th anniversary season, met the press on Aug 20.

Featuring music and lyrics by Tony Award winner and a book by Andrew Bergman 鈥� the director and screenwriter of the original film 鈥� the musical will be directed by with choreography by .

Previews will begin at Paper Mill Sept. 26 with an official opening Oct. 6. Performances will continue through Oct. 27.

The cast will be led by as Tommy Korman, a widowed and unscrupulous gambler looking for another shot at love; Tony nominee as Jack Singer; and as Betsy Nolan. The three artists will be joined by the newly announced Tony nominee as Bea Singer, as Johnny Sandwich, as Tony Rocky/Roy Bacon and Catherine Ricafort as Mahi. The ensemble will comprise Matt Allen, , , , Barry Busby, Daniel J. Edwards, , , , Sarah Marie Jenkins, Max Kumangai, Raymond Lee, George Merrick, and .

Honeymoon in Vegas, according to press notes, "is an insanely funny musical that tells the tale of Jack Singer (McClure), a guy with an extraordinary fear of marriage, who finally overcomes his phobia and goes to Las Vegas to wed his longtime girlfriend, Betsy (O鈥橫alley). Enter Tommy Korman (Danza), a widowed and unscrupulous gambler looking for another shot at love. Tommy spots Betsy, who bears an uncanny resemblance to his late wife, and the game is afoot."

The production will also feature music direction by Thomas Murray, orchestrations by , scenic design by , costume design by Brian Hemesath, lighting design by , sound design by Randy Hansen and hair and wig design by Bettie O. Rogers.
