Signature Theatre's world-premiere production of Naomi Wallace's Night Is a Room officially opened Nov. 22 following previews that began Nov. 3. The three-hander features Ann Dowd ("The Leftovers," "Compliance"), Dagmara Dominczyk (Golden Boy) and Bill Heck (Angels in America).
Night Is a Room is the third and final production of Wallace鈥檚 playwriting residency at the Signature Theatre. Performances run through Dec. 20, following a recent extension announcement.
The design team includes Rachel Hauck (scenic design), Clint Ramos (costume design), Jen Schriever (lighting design), Leah Gelpe (sound design) and Charlotte Fleck (dialect coach). Cole P. Bonenberger is the production stage manager. Casting is by Telsey + Company, Karyn Casl, CSA.
