The stage adaptation of Antoine de Saint-Exup茅ry's best-selling novel The Little Prince begins previews March 29 ahead of its April 11 opening night, at the Broadway Theatre. The Main Stem engagement follows successful runs in Paris, Sydney, and Dubai. The production is set to conclude August 14.
Promising aerial artistry and an immersive experience, the new musical follows a young hero on his journey to self-discovery. Along the way, he meets a variety of unique characters. It features direction and choreography by Anne Tourni茅, an adapted libretto by co-director Chris Mouron, and original music by Terry Truck.
Leading the cast is Lionel Zalachas in the title role, along with Mouron as The Narrator, Aur茅lien Bednarek as The Aviator, Laurisse Sulty as The Rose, Adrien Picaut as The Businessman, William John Banks as The Switchman, Antony Cesar as The Vain Man, Marcin Janiak as The Lamplighter, Srilata Ray as The Snake, Dylan Barone as The Fox, Marie Menuge as The Drunkard, and Jo盲n Bertrand as The King. Christian Denice and George Sanders comprise the ensemble, and Iris Beaumier, Pawel Walczewski, and Madison Ward round out the company as alternates.

The production also includes video design by Marie Jumelin, costumes by Peggy Housset, lighting by St茅phane Fritsch, sound design by Tristan Viscogliosi, hair and makeup by Carmen Arbues Miro, and prop design by Aure虂lie Gandilhon. Noellie Bordelet serves as assistant choreographer, and flying effects have been provided by Foy.
