DESCRIPTION

Daryl Roth Theatre, a commercial Off-Broadway Theatre complex in Union Square, seeks applicants for a position as Part-Time Facilities Assistant for evenings and weekends, up to 20 hours a week. The Daryl Roth Theatre is currently home to Titanique in our main space, and All the Beauty in the World in the DR2 Theatre.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Provide support to rental entities and their production staff.

- Ensure theatrical systems and theatre spaces are maintained and are show ready.

- Obtaining FDNY certifications.

- Ensuring building systems are maintained, maintain clean and safe environment.

- Daily trash collection for the theatre, lobbies, and dressing rooms.

- Light cleaning of the theatres and public spaces.

Skills required

- An eye for details and ability to problem solve.

- Excellent communication skills, professional manner.

- Previous venue and production technical experience is preferred.

SALARY
