Stage Manager: Responsible for calling the show, strong communication, scheduling and organization, rehearsal management, creating a safe and productive environment, documentation, problem solving, backstage management and calling the show. Reading music is a plus. The Stage Manager will lead paper tech, dry tech and all technical rehearsals.
Assistant Stage Manager: The Assistant Stage Manager (ASM) assists the Stage Manager with a variety of tasks, including coordinating rehearsals, managing backstage operations, maintaining accurate notes, and ensuring the smooth execution of performances.
Props Manager: Creating a props spreadsheet, collecting all the props needed for the show, building props as needed. Pulling props from the RTC props shop and from other local props shops as needed.
