DESCRIPTION

Seeking director for one-night-only performance of my full-length script, The March Hare, as part of LimeFest in The Tank's 56-seat theatre!

I am the playwright...and I'm in need of a skillful director who can bring this work to life. I will trust you to cast for and rehearse the play, but I'll also be nearby as a collaborator. (Let's pool our resources!) This production can be full or a staged reading- whatever feels feasible for you.

Synopsis: The March Hare follows the day-to-day of Andra, a young woman who works at a Manhattan teahouse. Although her interactions and activities are “by the book,�� it becomes apparent that all is not what it seems for the soulful bookworm. Andra must ultimately face the frustrating truth in this contemporary fairytale of love, memory, and our refusal to settle for less.

Show day: Tuesday, August 12th, at 930pm
