DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Assisting patrons by greeting them as they enter the building and answering questions or concerns
Checking and/or scanning tickets for guests;
Guiding guests to their seats;
Ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for all audiences;
Proficiently communicate with members of front-of-house staff and box office across all channels (radio, phone, email, and in-person) during operational hours;
Other Front-of-House duties as assigned.
NECESSARY SKILLS
Exceptional customer service skills and attitude
Prior experience as an usher in a theatre preferred
Ability to walk and stand for 5 hours at a time
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
DURATION
Part-time, based on venue performance schedule
Start Date: Mid-May 2025
HOURS
Flexible Weekend and evening availability required
10-20 hours per week while in production
