DESCRIPTION

ZogCulture is seeking vibrant and outgoing part-time corporate event staff. Join our "Culture Crew", a community of artists, creatives, and professionals, to facilitate unforgettable corporate teambuilding experiences! Spend your summer hosting activities and games at Field Days and in-office corporate events for working professionals across New York City and New Jersey.

While your number one job is running games; you will be expected to assist with event set-up and breakdown, facilitating participant check-in, and ensuring that participants feel included and excited about the event. We're looking for individuals who can bring energy and playfulness to each event, while still maintaining a professional demeanor. Curious what that looks like?

Job Responsibilities:

• Run team-building activities and games for working professionals in a fun and engaging way
• Assist in set-up and breakdown of events in an organized manner
• Facilitate orderly participant check-in process
• Support event attendees throughout their experience and ensure they are comfortable and enjoying themselves. Whether they need directions, are curious about the event schedule, or are looking for a casual conversation - you're ready to help!

Qualifications:

• Strong team player mentality. Someone who is committed to working with and supporting others on their team
• Outgoing, energetic, and friendly personality
• Comfortable with public speaking and leading groups
• Strong communication skills
• Professional demeanor and comfort with corporate audience
• Ability to think on your feet and handle unexpected situations with ease
