Previews, which were scheduled to begin Nov. 12, will now start Nov. 20. The opening night, originally set for Dec. 17, is now scheduled for Dec. 20 at the Broadway Theatre.
Newly added to the cast: Jenny Rose Baker (Annie Get Your Gun) will play Shprintze, Michael Bernardi will play Mordcha, Jennifer Zetlan will play Shaindel, and Matt Moisey and Tess Primack have joined the ensemble.

, who most recently helmed the 2015 Tony Award-winning Broadway revival of , will direct with choreography by , inspired by the original choreography of , and musical direction by .
Fiddler on the Roof has a book by , music by and lyrics by . The original Broadway production of the show, which opened in 1964, had the first musical theatre run to surpass 3,000 performances. The show won the 1965 Tony Award for Best Musical. The production will also have scenic design by , costume design by and lighting design by . Fiddler on the Roof will be their fifth Broadway production working with Sher. Sound design is by ; casting is by Telsey + Co./Abbie Brady Dalton.
