An invitation-only industry reading of Nolan Phillips' new play The Minotaur will be given in New York City at the Francis J. Greenburger Mainstage April 18 at 2 PM.
The project centers on the complex relationship between a wealthy psychopath and a young psychologist trying to cure him by helping him fall in love. Conor Bagley will direct.
The cast will include Samuel H. Levine (The Inheritance), Owen Campbell (Hangmen), Chlo毛 Kerwin (The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel), Raffi Barsoumian (Translations), Tim Martin (Broad City), and Laila Robins (Homeland).
A Yale graduate, Phillips is the lead singer of the country band Highway Advisory. His play Mount Venus was previously featured at Nantucket Emerging Artists Theatre Lab.
