News Casting Announced for Roundabout's Underground Reading Series Roundabout Theatre has announced casting for the fourth annual Roundabout Underground Reading Series, a five-night event that will feature readings of five new plays written and directed by emerging artists, along with special post-show receptions.

Among the actors taking part are "Gossip Girl" Actor , also seen on Broadway in ; actor ; Spider-Man's Matt Wilkas; and , who was nominated for an Outer Critics Circle Award for  on Broadway. 

Roundabout Underground is an initiative to introduce and cultivate emerging and established artists in Roundabout's most intimate performing space. The readings will be held May 4-8 at the Black Box Theatre in the Harold and Miriam Steinberg Center for Theatre in Manhattan.

The plays featured in the 2015 series include: The Saints by Nathan Dame, directed by Adrienne Campbell-Holt; Mechanics Of Love by Dipika Guha, directed by Gaye Taylor Upchurch; Kingdom Come by Jenny Rachel Weiner, directed by Kip Fagan; The Midnight Ride of Sean & Lucy by Amy E. Witting, directed by Daniella Topol; and Zero Feet Away by Brian Ota帽o, directed by Stephen Brackett.

Other actors who will participate in the readings include be  (), (), (Picnic), Hannah Bos, (), Raul Castillo, Susannah Flood, Beth Hoyt, Greta Lee (La B锚te), Rey Lucas (The Rainmaker), Ismenia Mendes, Matthew Montelongo (), (Mamma Mia!), Shayna Small, (Breakfast at Tiffany's) and Jason Veasey ().

Prior Roundabout Underground productions include the world premieres of Steven Levenson鈥檚 The Language of Trees (2008), Joshua Harmon鈥檚 Bad Jews (2012), Meghan Kennedy鈥檚 Too Much, Too Much, Too Many (2013) and Jeff Augustin鈥檚 Little Children Dream of God (2015).
