The New York premiere of Smart Blonde, starring Andre虂a Burns as Judy Holliday, is set to begin performances at Off-Broadways 59E59 Theaters March 16. Burns will portray the famous Oscar- and Tony-winning performer, who starred in Born Yesterday and Bells Are Ringing on both Broadway and film.
Memory and song converge as the 鈥渄umb blonde鈥� with a genius IQ charts her experiences from Greenwich Village to Broadway and beyond in Willy Holtzman's new play with music, directed by Peter Flynn. Rounding out the cast are Andrea Bianchi (Curvy Widow), Mark Lotito (), and Jonathan Spivey (Summer and Smoke).
