叠谤辞补诲飞补测鈥檚 Angels in America reached new heights in its final week, grossing $1,273,540 and reaching a capacity of 99.28 percent in the week ending July 15 (the day the cast took their final bows at the Neil Simon Theatre). The seven-figure total marked the highest gross for the Tony-winning revival since performances began in February.

The revival featured the Broadway returns of Andrew Garfield and Nathan Lane, who earned Tony Awards for their performances as Prior Walter and Roy Cohn, respectively.

Meanwhile, Broadway also bade farewell to Bernadette Peters July 15 as she crossed the passerelle for the final time in the revival of Hello, Dolly!. Theatregoers eager to see the stage favorite in her final week gave the show a boost of nearly $200,000, bringing the total to $974,225.
Bette Midler, who consistently drew crowds that brought the gross to over $2 million, returns July 17, closing out the production in a limited engagement through August 25.
Hamilton came out on top with $3,109,924, with usual suspects The Lion King, Springsteen on Broadway, Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, and Frozen trailing behind in the $2 million range.
