After June 10, the Broadway revival of Angels in America has soared to a new milestone: joining the Millionaire鈥檚 Club. The two-part production grossed $1,097,638 in the week ending June 24, marking its first time reaching seven figures at the box office.
The production, which also earned Tony Awards for stars Andrew Garfield and Nathan Lane, played to 93 percent capacity; the limited engagement is scheduled on extension through July 15.

A total of 20 other productions surpassed $1 million in grosses this past week, including usual suspects like Hamilton, Springsteen on Broadway, and Wicked, as well as recent Tonys contenders Frozen, Mean Girls, My Fair Lady, SpongeBob SquarePants, Carousel, and The Band鈥檚 Visit (which took home Best Musical).
The revival of Edward Albee鈥檚 Three Tall Women ended its limited run June 24, taking in $1,275,918 over nine performances (a new house record for the John Golden Theatre).
