It's time to take your kids to the theatre! The Broadway League has announced the shows that will participate in this year's Kids Night on Broadway, an annual evening where kids 18 and under can attend a show for free when accompanied by a full-paying adult. This year's event will take place March 4 and tickets will go on sale February 11.
The participating shows are: Aladdin, & Juliet, Buena Vista Social Club, Chicago, The Great Gatsby, Gypsy, Hadestown, Hamilton, Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, Hell's Kitchen, The Lion King, Maybe Happy Ending, MJ, Moulin Rouge! The Musical, Operation Mincemeat: A New Musical, The Outsiders, Redwood, and SIX: The Musical.
The Kids鈥� Night on Broadway performances for The Great Gatsby and SIX will be held on March 5. The other shows will have their Kids Night performance March 4.
Theatre district restaurants are also getting in on the promotion, with 20 eateries offering exclusive deals including free kids' meals with the purchase of an adult entree. Participating restaurants include Applebee鈥檚, Bar Mexicana, Carmine鈥檚, Churrascaria Plataforma, Glass House Tavern, Hard Rock Cafe, Havana Central, Le Rivage, The Mermaid Inn, P.S. Kitchen, Pink Taco, Planet Hollywood, Playwright Tavern, Raising Cane鈥檚, Rosie O鈥橤rady鈥檚, Schnipper鈥檚, Shake Shack, Sinigual, Tony鈥檚 Di Napoli, and Virgil鈥檚 Real BBQ.
