The Comedy About Spies鈥攁 new thriller from Mischief, the company behind The Play That Goes Wrong and The Comedy About a Bank Robbery鈥begins performances at London's No毛l Coward Theatre April 14. Opening night in the West End is scheduled for May 6.

Written by original Mischief company members Henry Lewis and Henry Shields, the production is directed by Matt Di Carlo.

Set in 1960s London, The Comedy About Spies, a farcical caper full of misunderstanding, miscommunication, and mistaken identity, follows a rogue British agent, who steals plans for a new weapon. Spies from the CIA and the KGB assemble at London鈥檚 Piccadilly Hotel to track down the British mole, but when a young British couple and an older actor auditioning for the first James Bond film check into the hotel, the stakes reach a boiling point.

The production also has set design by David Farley, costume design by Deborah Andrews, and sound design and music by composer Jon Fiber for JollyGoodTunes.

The Comedy About Spies is presented by Kenny Wax and Stage Presence in association with Jo Danvers.
