Two of Waitress' current stars will stick around the diner a little while longer. Nicolette Robinson and Today Show favorite Al Roker have extended their limited engagements in the musical. The two will now take their final bows November 18 (instead of the previously announced October 28 and November 11, respectively).
Robinson takes on the central role of Jenna while Roker plays pie shop owner Joe. The musical by Sara Bareilles and Jessie Nelson marks the Broadway debut of both.
The current cast also includes as Dr. Pomatter, Alex Wyse as Ogie, Lenne Klingaman as Dawn, as Earl, as Becky, and Benny Elledge as Cal.
