The 11th annual Living for Today benefit concert returned to Joe鈥檚 Pub October 1 for an evening dedicated to the music of Chicago and Cabaret writers John Kander and the late Fred Ebb.
The concert featured Tony and Emmy Award winner Bebe Neuwirth (Chicago, Sweet Charity), Tony nominee Den茅e Benton (The Great Comet), Oliver Award winner Lesli Margherita (Matilda), Nick Rashad Burroughs (Kinky Boots, Something Rotten), Nathan Lee Graham (The Wild Party, Zoolander), Autumn Hurlbert (Something Rotten, Legally Blonde), Matthew Hydzik (The Cher Show, Side Show), DeQuina Moore (Little Shop of Horrors, Legally Blonde), Betsy Wolfe (Waitress, Falsettos), and Cacophony Daniels.
Ben Cameron (Wicked, Aida) hosted the event, which was music-directed by Jason Wetzel ().
David Alpert (Broadway鈥檚 If/Then, Trip to Bountiful, artistic director of headline programming at BroadwayCon) directs and produces the series that supports Gilana鈥檚 Fund, which provides funding for educational programming 鈥減romoting acceptance and understanding of our communities, each other, and ourselves.鈥�
