Tony Award winner Billy Porter directs Proud of Us and Other Short Plays by Wesley Taylor, several short plays by actor and playwright Wesley Taylor that are presented November 14 at New World Stages.

Leslie Kritzer hosts the evening, and West End star Summer Strallen reads the stage directions for the 7:30 PM benefit performance presented by The Actors Fund.

The cast of performers includes Tony Award winner Denis O鈥橦are, Glee and Broadway star Matthew Morrison, Difficult People creator and star Julie Klausner, Skylar Astin, Carolee Carmello, Jack Griffo, Noah Hinsdale, Rebecca Naomi Jones, Kevin McHale, Terrence Mann, Maulik Pancholy, Bryce Pinkham, Alexandra Socha, Will Swenson, Raven Symon茅, Mary Testa, Michael Urie, and Samantha Ware. All cast is subject to change.

As an actor, Taylor has been seen on Broadway in Rock of Ages and The Addams Family, and his television credits include Smash, The Good Wife, The Tomorrow People, Looking, and One Life to Live, among others. He is currently playing God in Denver Theatre Center鈥檚 production of An Act of God. Taylor is the co-creator, writer, and star of the web series It Could Be Worse.
