Tony Award winners Tonya Pinkins and Chuck Cooper will join Tony nominee Emily Skinner February 26 at The Town Hall for the latest installment of the Broadway by the Year concert series.
The first act will be dedicated to musicals from 1930, including Strike Up the Band, Nina Rosa, Girl Crazy, and The New Yorkers, while the second act will feature material from shows that bowed on Broadway in 1964鈥攁 major theatrical season that included Fiddler on the Roof, Funny Girl, Golden Boy, and Hello, Dolly!
The concert will also feature Danny Gardner (Dames at Sea), Kerry O'Malley (Into the Woods), Scott Coulter, and Pedro Coppeti.
Broadway By the Year is hosted, written, and directed by Scott Siegel.
