Can you name only one show tune that you would consider your all-time favorite? It鈥檚 a challenging task, we admit it, but these actors were game.
(The following responses were culled from 半岛体育鈥檚 Cue and A series.)

So many, but I do have a special fondness for 鈥淕ood Morning, Starshine鈥 from , and 鈥淢uddy Water鈥 from Big River. also gets a lot of playtime on my iPod; it鈥檚 just so happy!
鈥淢agic To Do鈥
I couldn鈥檛 possibly pick just one. It changes daily. It was 鈥淢emory鈥 for a long time. Maybe it hasn鈥檛 changed. I鈥檓 not very committal. Can you tell?
There are so many...鈥滿arry Me A Little鈥...鈥滿y Heart is So Full of You鈥...鈥漇ome Other Time鈥...鈥滱t the Ballet鈥...鈥滾onely Town鈥...鈥漈his Nearly Was Mine鈥...鈥滿ove On鈥...and just about anything from Gypsy and West Side Story.

鈥淎nd the World Goes 鈥楻ound鈥
That song just pretty much sums it up for me鈥 鈥淪ometimes you鈥檙e happy, sometimes you鈥檙e sad, but the world goes 鈥榬ound.鈥 Yeah that pretty much says it all.

If I said 鈥淭he Life I Never Led,鈥 would you slap me across the face?
Not sure I can choose even a handful. A plethora of songs from Les Miz. I think that score is beautiful. 鈥淏ring Him Home,鈥 鈥淲ho Am I?,鈥 鈥淚 Dreamed a Dream,鈥 鈥淥n My Own鈥 etc. I also really love Sweeney Todd. 鈥淣ot While I鈥檓 Around鈥 is one of my favorites for sure.

鈥淥ut Here On My Own鈥 from Fame
Anything from Gypsy, or
鈥淪oliloquy鈥 from Carousel. As a father to a little girl (and new baby boy), that song carries a lot of weight. I also love 鈥淕ethsemane鈥 from Jesus Christ Superstar. Just epic.
It changes but currently... 鈥淭he Next Ten Minutes鈥 from The Last Five Years is one of the most beautiful songs I鈥檝e ever heard.
It鈥檚 common to hear, but anything from Rent is very hard for me not to start singing along to.

鈥淚 Am What I Am鈥
鈥淭onight鈥 (come on... this whole score!)
鈥淪tars and the Moon鈥 by
鈥淪ailing鈥 by . I did a workshop of New Brain and loved singing it.
Impossible to name just one. Ummm... 鈥淢aria,鈥 鈥淢idnight Radio,鈥 the entire bench scene from Carousel, 鈥淪unday,鈥 the overture from Merrily We Roll Along, 鈥淎 Quiet Thing,鈥 to name a few.
鈥淪ome People鈥 from Gypsy. I get really cheesy and sing it at the top of my lungs when I鈥檓 feeling really strongly in one direction emotionally. Happy, angry, excited... doesn鈥檛 matter which 鈥渄irection鈥 as long as it鈥檚 strong. Belting Ethel-style is a complete release!
Really now... it鈥檚 like trying to pick your favorite child. All right, I鈥檒l play your game, Mr. 半岛体育.
For my more mainstream choice I鈥檒l go with 鈥淎t the Ballet鈥 from A Chorus Line. For the 鈥渞oad less traveled鈥 choice, I鈥檒l pick 鈥淚s Anybody There?鈥 from .
Is this a questionnaire for gay people?
My favourite song is 鈥淕ethsemane鈥 from Jesus Christ Superstar. It鈥檚 an incredibly powerful, huge song (written by and ) and I absolutely love singing it onstage when I鈥檓 on tour.
鈥淒ancing Through Life鈥 from . Did I mention...? If you ever heard sing anything it would be your freakin鈥 favorite. When I saw her sing 鈥淚f I Can鈥檛 Have You鈥 in Saturday Night Fever, it took the show to a new level. Same thing for 鈥淢ake Like a Nail鈥 in Trailer Park... just awesome.
There are a few songs that I don鈥檛 click past when I鈥檓 in shuffle mode. 鈥淗eart & Soul鈥 from Bright Lights, Big City, 鈥淐lass鈥 from Sondheim鈥檚 Saturday Night, 鈥淭he Calling鈥 from Altar Boyz.
鈥淪ome Enchanted Evening.鈥 Always has been.
Hugh Panaro
OMG! Impossible to pick one as there are so many amazing songs out there. But because it was the very first showtune I EVER sang (when I was 12), and since there are so many memories attached to it, and I still agree with the sentiment of it, I鈥檓 gonna say 鈥淭omorrow.鈥
Tie between 鈥淲hat Would I Do If I Could Feel鈥 from , 鈥淣ew Music鈥 from and 鈥淒ividing Day鈥 from Light in the Piazza. They all get me every time.
If truth be told, 鈥淪chadenfreude鈥 from speaks to my very core.
鈥淎nd I Am Telling You I鈥檓 Not Going鈥 from
I don鈥檛 know if it鈥檚 my favorite, but when I think of my son, a Sondheim song comes to mind - 鈥淟oving You.鈥 The first line of that song makes me fall apart: 鈥淟oving you is not a choice, it鈥檚 who I am.鈥
Robin De Jes煤s
鈥淏uddy鈥檚 Eyes,鈥 鈥淚鈥檓 Here,鈥 鈥淪oliloquy鈥 or 鈥96,000.鈥 Depending on the day.
Sweeny Todd 鈥淛辞丑补苍苍补鈥 Act II
鈥淪uddenly Seymour鈥 (is that the title...you know from Little Shop...)
love the song 鈥淏arcelona鈥 from Company. And the entire West Side Story score is just so beautiful.
Is the opening number of Ragtime cheating?
鈥淣obody鈥檚 Side鈥 (how many days did I drive around in my Bronco II in high school pretending I was or Elaine Page...who鈥檚 a geek??)
