provides general management services to commercial theatrical productions in New York, on tour, and across the country. Select projects include DRAG: The Musical, Stalker, Asi Wind鈥檚 Inner Circle, Heathers, Rock of Ages, Escapism, Fly More Than You Fall, Wild About You, RUTKA, and 厂濒补惫补鈥檚 Snowshow.鈥�

KGM seeks experienced ATPAM company managers to lead various Off-Broadway projects that are slated to open in summer and fall 2025.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison between producers, management, creative team, cast, crew, and all other production staff
  • Process new hire paperwork and payroll for company members and remit dues, pension, and health payments and reports to all applicable unions
  • Arrange housing for out-of-town company members and hospitality for the company during rehearsals, tech, and previews
  • Plan and oversee the party and gifts for Opening Night
  • Provide coverage for performances
  • Oversee ticketing in conjunction with a ticketing analyst and the box office
  • Additional duties, as assigned


Desired Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience as a Company Manager or Assistant/Associate Company Manager for Broadway and/or Off-Broadway productions
  • Knowledge of applicable Off-Broadway union agreements and contracts
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite; experience with Slack or other team communication apps a plus
  • Basic proficiency in QuickBooks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with all members of production staff
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills


Salary:
$1,500 - $2,200 week plus benefits per the ATPAM Agreement depending on project and experience level.
