Precision Arts Challenge | Event Team Opportunities
Join our stage crew to help deliver seamless live events, support performances, and engage with participants and guests at every level.
Available Positions
Judges/Adjudicators
We are looking for high-energy, team players with experience in ALL styles of dance. PAC Collective judges go beyond the judges' table and interact with dancers during awards ceremonies, become celebrities on our social media, and truly inspire the next generation of dancers.
Tabulations
Accurately enter, manage, and verify scores from judges.
Video, Lights & Data Technician
Set up and operate lighting and video systems, manage event data feeds, and coordinate stage visuals.
Photographer
Capture high-quality photos of every performance throughout the event.
Awards Coordinator
Oversee award staging, packaging, and distribution; ensure winners smoothly progress to the stage.
Backstage Coordinator
Serve as key support for performers: organize cues, assist talent, manage transitions, and control stage flow.
DJ / Audio Technician
Operate sound systems, make announcements over the microphone, and manage music playlists and cues.
Merchandise
Manage merchandise booth by stocking, completing sales, and providing customer service.
Qualifications
Strong attention to detail, punctuality, and a team-player mindset.
Willingness to work flexible hours鈥攊ncluding early mornings, long days, and weekends.
Experience in live events, performing arts, and/or customer-focused roles is a plus.
Good communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.

Tour & Work Schedule
Roles are available during the February 6 - May 10, 2026 regional competition season.
Required training for specific roles January 16-19, 2026.
Schedules vary depending on event location and duration. Weekend availability is required.
