We are in search of a Production Artist, Senior Manager to join our Production Art team.
Position Summary:
The Production Artist, Senior Manager is responsible for translating merchandise designs into production-ready formats for product vendors, ensuring that apparel and souvenir designs meet technical specifications and are suitable for manufacturing.
Roles and Responsibilities:
路 Work closely with internal teams to understand creative vision and ensure designs meet both vendor specifications for producibility and maintain Araca quality standards.
路 Review Araca-designed creative decks to confirm vendor producibility and check for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
路 Prepare production-ready art for product vendors and coordinate with the Art Director on any required vendor sizing or art modifications needed to execute.
路 Collaborate with product vendors to review vendor proofs and resolve technical issues, identifying and addressing production issues related to file formats, sizing, color corrections, and print/digital output.
路 Manage production timelines and ensure artwork meets deadlines while maintaining the highest quality standards.
路 Design apparel neck labels and manage the neck label bible.
路 QC produced apparel and souvenirs, documenting any manufacturing issues identified, and developing strategies to prevent future occurrences.
路 Manage the screen-printing digital approval process with Account Managers
路 Photograph physical products as requested for e-commerce stores.
路 Maintain the photo area and camera equipment.

Qualifications
路 路 Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) with a strong understanding of graphic design, layout, and typography
路 Experience in producing factory-ready art packs, with strong attention to detail
路 4+ years of professional experience in graphic production or creative roles in the fashion/apparel industry
路 Comprehensive understanding of screen-printing processes and techniques to ensure designs are prepared for printing without issues
