The Cape Cod Theatre Project Intern Program is a multi-purpose, month-long internship centered around one of America鈥檚 premiere new play development conferences. College students will intern in our rehearsal rooms working with and learning from world-renowned playwrights, directors, and actors as CCTP develops staged readings of new works, all in the idyllic coastal town of Falmouth, Massachusetts. Recent past playwrights have included Zora Howard, Will Arbery, Heidi Schreck and Sanaz Toossi - all of whom work with and have sessions with the interns. Participants will also be expected to work on their own creative projects over the course of the month, participate in the room with professional playwrights, and develop skills in arts administration in setting up the festival including interning in the administrative office, working on projects in social media, marketing, box office and house management.
