DESCRIPTION

provides general management services to commercial theatrical productions in New York, on tour, and across the country. Select projects include DRAG: The Musical, Stalker, Asi Win诲鈥檚 Inner Circle, Heathers, Rock of Ages, Escapism, Fly More Than You Fall, Wild About You, RUTKA, and Sla惫补鈥檚 Snowshow.

KGM is looking for an in-person, part-time (15-25 hours per week) General Management Intern to join our team April or May through August. Specific dates to be confirmed upon hiring.

What Does a Successful Candidate Look Like?

  • 驰辞耻鈥檙别 pursuing a career in commercial theatre administration (producing, general management, company management, etc.).鈥�
  • You have experience with technology and thrive in technology-first environments.
  • You have strong attention to detail, organization skills, and an ability to multi-task.
  • You work well in an asynchronous, in-person environment and are able to communicate your thoughts clearly through writing.
  • 驰辞耻鈥檙别 excited about the prospect of working in a fast-paced office and learning from those around you.鈥�


What Does Day-to-Day Look like?

  • General research for General Managers and/or clients
  • Office management and administration support (filing, organization, mail & package administration, etc.)
  • Assist with management of developmental readings, running projects, and upcoming productions
  • Book and coordinate travel
  • Assist company management teams as needed
  • Provide additional support to General Managers, as needed


This is a
paid, part-time (15-25 hours per week) position. The term is flexible, but the ideal candidate can work through August 2025.鈥�

Salary: $16.50 / Hour
