DESCRIPTION

NCLH Shows & Experiences is the in-house casting and production studio for Norwegian Cruise Line, Regent Seven Seas and Oceania Cruises; producing the highest level of at-sea entertainment with a mix of exciting production shows and branded content. Our original shows are conceived, directed and choreographed by some of today's leading creatives such as Patti Wilcox, Melanie Lewis, Ashlee Dawson, Chase Benz, Britt Stewart, James Alonzo White and more!

We are currently seeking Production Vocalists and Dancers for a wide variety of opportunites. Contracts start as early as April 21, 2025 and last approximately eight months including rehearsals. For more information on our productions, please visit

This is an OPEN CALL. No pre-registration is requried and talent will be seen in the order in which they arrive.

SEEKING-

TENOR/BARITENOR VOCALISTS: 20s-30s. 5'8" - 6'2". All Ethnicities. Dynamic performers with the ability to seamlessly navigate between musical genres. Excellent pop/rock, R&B and Motown sensibility. Must be able to move VERY well. Vocal styling and performance references include Bruno Mars, Elton John, Maroon 5, Rascal Flatts and Stevie Wonder. (PLEASE SEE LINK BELOW FOR AUDITION MATERIALS.)

MEZZO/BELTER VOCALISTS: 20s-30s. 5'2" - 5'9". All Ethnicities. Showstopping performers with the ability to seamlessly navigate between musical genres with a leading lady presence. Strong pop/rock/contemporary Musical Theatre capabilities with a strong belt up to F5. Must be able to move VERY well. Vocal styling and performance references include Celine Dion, Tina Turner, Carrie Underwood, Adele and Aretha Franklin. (PLEASE SEE LINK BELOW FOR AUDITION MATERIALS.)

PRODUCTION DANCERS: 18-Early 30s. Female-Identifying Dancers 5'2" - 5'9". Male-Identifying Dancers 5'9" - 6'3". All Ethnicities. Strong, physically fit and athletic dancers who showcase technique and finesse while moving from style to style. Major training emphasis in commercial jazz, ballet, contemporary and hip-hop styles. Tap a plus! (All dancers should come prepared to learn multiple combos. Female-Identifying performers, please be prepared to dance in both heels and flats.)

SINGER/DANCERS: 18-Early 30s. Female-Identifying 5'2" - 5'9". Male-Identifying 5'9" - 6'3". All Ethnicities. Exceptionally talented dancers with the ability to sing harmonies, breakout solos and features with confidence. Must successfully complete the Production Dancer call.
