Maxine Elliott鈥檚 Theatre was built in 1908 and located at 109 W. 39th Street. This theatre showcased a young Katharine Hepburn in the play Art and Mrs. Bottle. In 1956, the former Maxine Elliott鈥檚 Theatre was a CBS broadcasting studio when it was demolished.
