Santino Fontana, who earned a Tony Award nomination for his performance as Prince Topher in the 2013 Broadway production of Rodgers + Hammerstein鈥檚 Cinderella and co-stars in the CW series Crazy Ex-Girlfriend, will add New York鈥檚 Birdland jazz club to his resume with a solo concert October 9.
The 7 PM cabaret will showcase the singing actor who, since his Broadway debut in the 2008 revival of Sunday in the Park with George, has earned Obie, Lortel, Drama Desk, and Clarence Derwent Awards for his stage work, including Act One, The Fantasticks, Sons of the Prophet, and the Encores! staging of 1776. Fontana also supplied the voice of the villainous Prince Hans in the animated Disney film musical Frozen.
