News Three-Time Tony Nominee Is Finding Neverland's New Hook Three-time Tony Award-nominated actor Terrence Mann has been announced to take over the role of Captain Hook in the Broadway production of Finding Neverland. He succeeds Australian musical theatre star Anthony Warlow in the role beginning Sept. 29.

Emmy Award winner originated the role of Hook when the musical arrived on Broadway this past spring. Grammer was announced for a summer hiatus from the production, with plans for the actor to return in mid-September. Representatives for the production announced Sept. 18 that Mann, a veteran of Pippin, Les Mis茅rables, Cats and more, would be the show's new villain. He portrays the dual roles of producer Charles Frohman and the fantastical Captain Hook.

Warlow will play his final performance Sept. 27. It is expected that Grammer will return to the production at a later date to be announced.

Finding Neverland stars ("Glee," South Pacific, Light in the Piazza) as famed author J.M. Barrie, as well as (Mary Poppins), (Parade), , , , Jackson DeMott Hill, , , and .

Directed by Tony Award winner , the musical began March 15 and officially opened April 15 at the Lunt-Fontanne Theatre.

Based on the Academy Award-winning motion picture by , and the play The Man Who Was Peter Pan by , Finding Neverland "follows the relationship between playwright J. M. Barrie and the family that inspired 'Peter Pan, or The Boy Who Wouldn't Grow Up' 鈥� one of the most beloved stories of all time," according to press notes.

Finding Neverland features direction by Paulus (Pippin, ) with a book by Olivier Award nominee , music and lyrics by and Grammy Award winner , and choreography by Emmy Award winner ("So You Think You Can Dance").

The production features scenic design by Tony Award winner (Pippin, Book of Mormon), lighting design by Tony Award winner (The Coast of Utopia, Pippin), costume design by Suttirat Larlarb (Of Mice and Men) and sound design by Tony Award nominee Jonathan Deans (Pippin, La Cage aux Folles).
