Stateside Ballet lovers and novices alike can catch London's Royal Ballet without crossing the pond next month. The company鈥檚 presentation of La Bayad猫re will play in movie theatres around the U.S.
The ballet tells the story of Nikiya and her love for the warrior, Solor. Trouble comes from the soldier鈥檚 fianc茅, the princess Gazmatti, who is enraged to hear about Nikiya鈥檚 love. What unfolds is a mystic tale of a tale of love, revenge, and nobility.
