Award-winning vocalists Adele and Barbra Streisand are said to be in talks to record an album of duets featuring their most popular songs, according to a report in The Standard.
Both artists are currently on tour and reportedly have met in Los Angeles to discuss the album.
鈥淭he feeling is that the tracks would most likely be new versions of their own best-known numbers with maybe one or two new songs added to the mix,鈥� a source told The Standard.
Streisand鈥檚 latest album, Encore, will be released August 26. It features duets with such stars as Hugh Jackman, Anne Hathaway, Alec Baldwin and Chris Pine. Among the songs included are 鈥淎t the Ballet, 鈥� 鈥淟oving You,鈥� 鈥淐limb Ev鈥檙y Mountain,鈥� 鈥淚鈥檒l Be Seeing You/I鈥檝e Grown Accustomed To Her Face鈥� and more.
Her tour, Barbra: The Music, The Mem鈥檙ies, the Magic!, launched August 2 in Los Angeles.
