Join Our Team as an Amateur Licensing Assistant

Are you passionate about musical theatre and excited by the idea of supporting schools, studios, and community theatres across the country? We鈥檙e looking for a friendly, detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Amateur Licensing Assistant.

As the first point of contact for many of our customers, the Amateur Licensing team plays a key role in connecting communities with the stories and productions they love. In this full-time position, you鈥檒l provide vital administrative support to our licensing representatives, helping to ensure a smooth and positive experience for our customers. It鈥檚 a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment鈥攁nd there鈥檚 room to grow!

What You鈥檒l Be Doing
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Finalizing performance licenses by processing payments and confirming shipment of materials
• Assisting with orders for additional or replacement performance materials
• Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email
• Creating and updating customer accounts
• Offering product information and basic technical support for our resources
• Supporting the broader Amateur Licensing Department as needed

What We鈥檙e Looking For
We鈥檇 love to hear from you if you have:

• Experience in customer service, especially in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills
• Comfort using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel in a Windows-based environment
• A love of musical theatre and familiarity with the MTI Catalog is a big plus!

Salary Range:

$45,000-$48,000
