Conor McPherson鈥檚 St Nicholas will be begin performances at the Donmar Warehouse studio space September 10. Simon Evans directs Brendan Coyle () in the lead role.
The solo show will run through October 5 at the London venue and will subsequently have its Irish premiere at the Smock Alley Theatre from October 9 through October 14.
St Nicholas follows a Dublin theatre critic who abandons his ordinary life in pursuit of a young actress. The London production marks the first collaboration of McPherson and Coyle since The Weir, which opened on Broadway in 1999.
