More Broadway favorites have joined the upcoming third annual Janice Jam: Broadway for Breast Cancer fundraising concert, set for May 5 at Sony Hall in Manhattan. Benefiting the Breast Cancer Research Foundation's funding to find a cure for metastatic breast cancer, the evening of song, celebration, and solidarity will begin at 7:30 PM.
Newly revealed for the evening's talent roster are Caroline Bowman, Hunter Brown, Omar Jose Cardona, Brent Comer, Jenn Colella, Kayla Davion, Lissa deGuzman, Adrian Blake Enscoe, Lauren Patten, Rachel Potter, Stark Sands, Marty Thomas, Nik Walker, and Morgan Anita Wood, joining the previously announced Ariana DeBose, Jeremy Jordan, Krysta Rodriguez, John Gallagher Jr., Kara Lindsay, Maia Reficco, Christine Dwyer, Matt DeAngelis, Rebecca Naomi Jones, and Sarrah Strimel Bentley.
The evening will also feature the presentation of the first Fighting Flamingo Award to Smash star Rodriguez to commemorate her fight against the disease and work in helping to find a cure. (Lindsay and Bentley are also breast cancer survivors.) Stage IV breast cancer thriver Tami Eagle Bowling will also present her own story.
Founded by Broadway performer DeAngelis in memory of his mother Janice, who passed from metastatic breast cancer in 2022, this annual event serves as a celebration of Janice and her love for theatre while raising money for those affected by metastatic breast cancer.

The event is executive-produced by DeAngelis and Bryan Campione with Kim Blair, Ember Productions (Amber Coates, Maxwell Haddad, and Katie Michelle Stahl), Larkin Bogan, Tami Eagle Bowling, Katie Michelle Stahl, and PJ Adzima. Jen Ash is the production stage manager, and Alice M. Pollitt is assistant stage manager. Benjamin Rauhala is music directing.
