Spring Awakening Tony nominee Jonathan Groff, who will join Daniel Radcliffe and Lindsay Mendez in the upcoming Off-Broadway revival of Stephen Sondheim's Merrily We Role Along, has narrated a new audiobook of Ted Chapin's 2003 tome Everything Was Possible: The Birth of the Musical Follies.

Chapin, who would later serve a lengthy stint as the president of the Rodgers and Hammerstein Organization, was a gopher when Follies鈥撵谤辞尘&苍产蝉辫;composer-lyricist Sondheim, director Harold Prince, choreographer Michael Bennett, and librettist James Goldman鈥攑layed a Boston tryout and then opened at Broadway's Winter Garden Theatre in 1971.

Chapin kept a diary of the experience for college credit, and three decades later he drew on that experience for Everything Was Possible, which features a foreword by former New York Times theatre critic Frank Rich.
