Tony winner Michael Aronov will appear on the first episode of NBC鈥檚 The Blacklist when the show returns this fall for its fifth season.
As a guest star on the episode, Aronov will play Smokey Putnam, 鈥渁n expert in the art and science of logistics ... currently on the run accused of embezzling over $2 million.鈥�
Aronov most recently appeared on TV as a guest star on CBS鈥� Madam Secretary and as Anton Baklanov in FX鈥檚 acclaimed series The Americans. He won his first Tony Award for his portrayal of Israeli negotiator Uri Savir in the political thriller Oslo at Lincoln Center Theater, which also won the 2017 Tony Award for Best Play. The show marked Aronov鈥檚 second Broadway credit; his first was Golden Boy, also at Lincoln Center.
