Nightlife entertainer Tori Scott returns to Joe鈥檚 Pub October 8 at 9:30 PM with Thirsty, the first in her three-show fall residency at the Public Theater鈥檚 music venue.
A member of the 2018 Joe鈥檚 Pub Working Group, Scott will also premiere her all-new show Tori Scott Is a Sell-Out November 12 at 9:30 PM, with her annual holiday act Vodka Is the Reason for the Season concluding her residency December 2 at 7 PM.
Scott has become known for her sold-out shows that take true stories from her life and turn them into musical celebrations of poor life choices, splicing together songs by an eclectic range of artists including Dolly Parton, Judy Garland, Cher, Prince, Michael Jackson, Mon谩e, Madonna, Carole King, and more鈥攁long with classics by Harold Arlen, Edith Piaf, Jule Styne, and Irving Berlin.
She returns to New York with Thirsty following a month-long run at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival in August. Named a Top 10 Cabaret Performer by Time Out New York, Scott has toured her shows to London, Los Angeles, San Diego, Dallas, Boston, and Provincetown. She performs as a guest entertainer for Atlantis and RSVP Cruise Lines. Her debut album Plan B! was recorded live at Joe鈥檚 Pub and was released on Chicken Ranch Records in December of 2017.
