Tony winner Bonnie Milligan will host the Tony Awards First Impressions Cam at the 78th Annual Tony Awards.
Presented in partnership with City National Bank, the cam allows theatre fans to witness the first moments of celebration for the newly minted Tony winners the moment they walk off-stage. Milligan will be the first to speak to this year鈥檚 winners backstage, with the First Impressions cam available to view on the Tony Awards YouTube channel, and social platforms.
Milligan won the 2023 Tony Award for Best Featured Actress in a Musical for originating the role of Aunt Debra in the Tony Award鈥搘inning Best Musical Kimberly Akimbo. She also won the Lucille Lortel Award, and was nominated for the Drama Desk, Outer Critics Circle, and Drama League awards for the same role Off-Broadway, where it originated at Atlantic Theater Company. Her other theatre credits include Head Over Heels, Kinky Boots, Titanic, God Bless You, Mr Rosewater, Promenade, and Gigantic.
Nominations for the Tonys' competitive categories were revealed May 1, with Buena Vista Social Club, Death Becomes Her, and Maybe Happy Ending sharing the distinction of being the most nominated shows of the season, each earning 10 nods. See the full list of nominees here.

Winners will be named at The 78th Annual Tony Awards, set to broadcast live from Radio City Music Hall June 8, beginning at 8 PM ET on CBS and streaming on Paramount+ in the U.S. Wicked film star and Tony winner Cynthia Erivo will host the evening.
The Tony Awards are produced in collaboration with Tony Award Productions, a joint venture of the American Theatre Wing and The Broadway League, and White Cherry Entertainment. Ricky Kirshner and Glenn Weiss are executive producers and showrunners for White Cherry Entertainment. Weiss will serve as director.
