Genie Croft will direct the Florida production, which will star (Les Miserables).
Langel will be joined by Ann Marie Olson, Leah Sessa and Ben Solmor, who is also the choreographer.
Everyday Rapture has a book by and Sherie Rene Scott. Scott also starred in the 2010 Broadway production, which received Tony nominations for Best Book of a Musical and Best Actress in a Musical (Scott).
Everyday Rapture, according to press notes, "tells the story of a young woman鈥檚 psycho-spiritual-sexual journey down the rocky path that separates her mostly Mennonite past from her mostly Manhattan future 鈥� from the cornfields of Kansas to the clover fields of New York (with a disturbing detour through YouTube!)." The production features songs by numerous singers and songwriters, including , , George Harrison, Roberta Flack, , Sharon Jones & The Dap Kings and Mr. Rogers.
