Stars, they're just like us! Even Tony winner Jonathan Groff can't help but be overcome by Beyonc茅's talent.

Groff paid a visit to The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon earlier this week, where he revealed the chap-forward ensemble he wore to the music icon's concert at MetLife stadium.

"She's life changing," Groff shared as Fallon held up two never-before-seen photos of Groff in his all black concert costume. "I'm obsessed."

The costume was a somewhat daring departure from Groff's usual workwear these days, where he wears a multitude of suits as Bobby Darin in Just In Time, now playing Broadway's Circle in the Square. "Shout-out to The Leather Man on Christopher Street, who got me baby's first chaps," Groff laughed "I'm the baby, and those are my first chaps. Listen, it was cowboy-themed, but also, I wanted it to feel a little gay, and a little nod to Renaissance as well. I saw that tour four times."

While Fallon assumed the chaps wouldn't be particularly comfortable, Groff assures that his experience was the opposite of discomfort. "Oh, my God. It's my new fetish. I learned so much about myself once I got into those chaps," Groff paused as the audience roared with laughter before continuing on in earnest. "It's the smell of the leather!"

Groff is currently Tony nominated for his work in Just In Time, the biomusical tracking the life and work of Bobby Darin. The musical opened April 26 at the Circle in the Square Theatre. Read what critics had to say here.

Tony winner Alex Timbers is at the helm of the immersive staging. The show sees Groff performing Darin's greatest hits, including "Beyond the Sea," "Splish Splash," and "Mack the Knife."

The biomusical is nominated for six 2025 Tony Awards, including nods for Groff and Gracie Lawrence's. Winners will be named June 8 at Radio City Music Hall, in a ceremony broadcasting live on CBS and streaming via Paramount+.

Groff won a Tony Award last year for his performance in the Tony-winning revival of Merrily We Roll Along, and has also appeared on Broadway in Spring Awakening and Hamilton.
