Additional performers have been announced for Miscast21, MCC Theater's annual gala celebration that will stream May 16 on .
Performing songs from roles in which they wouldn't traditionally be cast will be Tony winner Idina Menzel (Frozen, Wicked), Kelly Marie Tran (Raya and the Last Dragon, Star Wars: The Last Jedi), Tony nominee Patrick Wilson (The Full Monty, Fargo), Melissa Barrera (In the Heights film, Vida), Leslie Grace (In the Heights film), Cheyenne Jackson (American Horror Story, Xanadu), and Jai鈥橪en Josey (SpongeBob SquarePants, The Secret Life of Bees).
These artists join the previously reported Tony winners Annaleigh Ashford (Kinky Boots), Ren茅e Elise Goldsberry (Hamilton), LaChanze (The Color Purple), Kelli O鈥橦ara (The King and I), and Billy Porter (Kinky Boots), as well as Tony nominee Robin de Jes煤s (The Boys in the Band).
Additional artists will be announced in May. Will Van Dyke (Little Shop of Horrors) serves as musical supervisor and director.

Funds raised from Miscast21 help MCC Theater produce new work Off-Broadway and support its Youth Company and in-school partnerships that serve New York City public high school students as well as MCC鈥檚 literary development work with emerging playwrights.

Dancers for the annual burlesque spectacular will include Ehizoje Azeke, Tony d'Alelio, Kolton Krouse, Mark Mackillop, Samantha Pollino, and more.
The hit musical continues at the Neil Simon Theatre.
Christopher Ashley directs Joe Iconis and Gregory S. Moss' musical at Virginia's Signature.
Nick Cearley and Lauren Molina will lead the concerts at Joe's Pub.
The 2025-2026 season will also include the New York premiere of Thornton Wilder鈥檚 final play, The Emporium.
