Daniel Reichard, who created the role of Bob Gaudio in the original Broadway cast of Jersey Boys, will make his debut at the famed Caf茅 Carlyle later this month.

The Broadway and concert performer will offer The Way You Wear Your Pride June 28 at 8:45 PM. Brandon James Gwinn is the musical director.

The performance, according to press notes, will blend "the golden age of cabaret with a modern, joyful spirit鈥攈onoring love, LGBTQ+ identity, and the enduring magic of the American Songbook." Attendees can expect to hear songs by Jerry Herman, Irving Berlin, Harold Arlen, George Gershwin, Lady Gaga, and more.

鈥淚t is with great excitement that I will be playing the Carlyle,鈥 says Reichard in a statement. 鈥淚鈥檝e dreamed of playing this room since I was in high school, following in the footsteps of iconic artists like Bobby Short, Elaine Stritch, and Eartha Kitt. This evening is going to be a celebration of the incredible power that songwriting has to inspire the human spirit.鈥

Reichard made his New York debut in Forbidden Broadway: 20th Anniversary Celebration and then played Keith Haring in the Public Theater's Radiant Baby. He appeared Off-Broadway in The Thing About Men and played the title role in the New York City Opera mounting of Leonard Bernstein's Candide. Reichard has also toured concert halls across North America with his fellow Jersey Boys alumni in The Midtown Men.
